The company was formed in 1982 with the objective of developing accurate, easy to use productivity optimization software for the oil and gas industry. Systems analysis research in advanced predictive well performance concepts coupled with a unique, creative perspective of oil & gas software resulted in an easy to use work flow to create solutions for complex problems. Our first product, the Well Evaluation Model (WEM), was introduced to the market not long after the formation of the company. Within our realm of knowledge, WEM was the first commercial well performance model available and continues to provide well performance simulation without peer. The success of WEM seeded company growth resulting in a fully integrated suite of well and field performance products.

From the outset, we understood that optimum benefits in program utilization by our clients are achieved by a robust support program 

encompassing application training, product utilization mentoring and consulting on an as needed basis. We have assembled a team of exceptionally talented computer science and engineering specialists that provide this support.
